Due to our commitment to safeguarding children, we follow a carefully structured recruitment and selection procedure. Our preschool staff are experienced and trained to met children's individual emotional and developmental needs and provide inclusive play and learning opportunities.

At our preschool, you and your child will receive support from an experienced member of staff responsible for your child's individual needs, known as a Key worker. This system gives each member of staff particular responsibility for just a few children.  Each child in the group has one special adult to relate to, which can make settling into the group much easier.  In addition, the Key worker is in a position to tailor the group’s curriculum to the unique needs of each individual child.  The Key worker maintains links with the child’s home setting, working with parents through shared record keeping to ensure that all children are supported in reaching their full potential.  Working in partnership with the school they will attend transferring information across when they leave Pre-school.
