TCC Preschool provides childcare services for children aged 2¾ to 4½. Whilst we receive nursery education funding, this only covers our basic costs. We rely on support and generosity of parents, companies, grant-making trust and members of the public, and are continuously seeking ways to diversify income and achieve sustainability and grow our future services. We welcome new partners to help us realise this.

Support can be through a variety of ways, There are opportunities for a selection of local businesses wishing to support their local setting, including details of their products and services being highlighted on our website or exclusive sponsorship of an event.

Individuals can support us by providing their time and resources. People who work at Vodafone or Barclays can offer their time and the company will match fund any money raised on that event.

We collect nestle book tokens, Tesco computers for school vouchers, Sainsbury's active schools vouchers and used ink cartridges. All these things provide the school with either money or tokens to use on equipment for the preschool. We have also collected old clothes from parents and friends which are collected by a company and turned into cash for our preschool.

Last year we held various events including a Christmas raffle, attending the Christmas Lights in Thatcham, a pamper night, Easter Bonnet parade, stall at the junior fun run in Thatcham and summer raffle. We managed to raise over £2,000 last year which will be spent on new toys and equipment for the preschool.
